I want to see the observation deck finished and check the work myself, so I stuck around today.  The rest of the crew seems to be of the same mind, only going out to get food.  After they finish Bo and I wandered over to the local dive bar where work might be found for crews like ours.  There are three groups looking for passage off-planet, but it is clear just by looking at their descriptions that none would have any interest in taking passage with us.

I took the time to buy another 20 fuel here since it will be expensive on Windsong.  It cost 200 nubucks.  This and the observation deck ended up took a big chunk of the payment for the cargo delivery.
