We have 12 food packs for Bo, 34 veggie packs, and 6 meat packs.  Fuel is at 41.

Things were settling when Bo called in a fire in the engine compartment.  Fury was on nav duty, so I warned Slash.  Then he and I hurried to the back to smother the fire.  None of us is sure what caused it, but it looks like it may have been a short from a cheap repair.  Fury went on a rant in sign about the cheap ass former captain. I let them go for a bit before signing that I’d have the mechanic fix the issue and go over everything when we got to Windsong.

It’s a little weird just how quiet this crew is.  The three that can talk mostly sign when we can see each other, even if Slash isn’t with us.  Slash, of course, has to use sign since we aren't able to understand their pheromone language.
