We have made Unity and the docking fees were doubled on account of the gun the Institute had us testing.  Everyone agrees we should get that gun packed up and ship it back to the Institute, since we don’t intend to cut through dangerous space often.  The Institute asked that we bring it back since we have cargo space and will be headed that direction.

We have 28 veggie packs, 28 bamboo packs, and 8 tasty rocks.  Arthur’s grav assist comments helped us save fuel, so we still have 22 fuel.

Arthur paid after we cleared docking and headed out without another word.

I saw that the news media likes to collect “local interest” stories from newly arrived spacers so I sent in a brief description of some of our work.  I don’t expect I’ll hear back and didn’t.  Everyone agrees that we can stay long enough to get a system installed where the Ion Blasters are.  Initially we were thinking the Garden would be good, since we still have everything for it.  However, either the Acceleration Buffer or Algae Vats would be helpful.  Eventually we settled on the Algae Vats.  We’ll save the Garden for when we have a bigger ship.

Yeratel and Onyx will watch the Ship.  Onyx will work with a local mechanic to try and finally fix the dodge electrical in the engines.  Slash, Bo, and Terranova have agreed to get some short-term work.  I’ll be foraging and seeing the planet.
