Slash and I continued with the botanical research.  We were able to complete 38 observations as we figured out that there was a simpler way to characterize the herb.  However, processing so much of it drew the attention of the Order of the Left Hand of Justice.  They offered us the option of paying a 400 nubuck fine or spending cycles in prison.  We paid the fine.

Jerry and Bo have been careful about not staying near the ship when we are conducting the research.
