We have 74 veggie packs, 55 bamboo packs, 259 tasty rocks, 37 meat packs, and 116 fuel.

We came across a mining ship the Shimmering Deep.  Their Droid Station was damaged by some sort of electrical discharge.  They asked if we have an engineer that would be willing to try to help fix it.  Onyx agreed and went over to look over the station to see if the droid station is fixable.  They looked it over and determined that a significant amount of wiring had been burnt out.  Unfortunately, the Shimmering Deep doesn’t have enough copper to replace the damaged wiring.

Stoneburrow grumped about taking the time.  It seems he is suspicious of the other ship.  Mooington thought it was a very thoughtful thing to do and gave Onyx a little quartz cube with sigils for kindness carved into the faces.  Bramble Deepdelve wandered over when Onyx got back to see what was up.  They liked that we tried to help.  When I asked what they’d been doing they said they were checking the news feeds and had recently seen the mention of a university on Unity looking for experienced surveyors to explore what was supposed to be an uncharted planet off towards Shadow.  Sadly, when I checked they were looking for more experienced surveyors than us.

We will get to the survey target next cycle.  Hopefully this documentary crew won’t be quite as criminal as the last one.
